Tom Higgins has over 40 years’ experience as a financial professional including 10 years working as the CFO of the College Board; he presently serves as the COO and CFO for the Advertising Research Foundation. He is a senior level executive with significant not-for-profit experience and has also served on the board of a public company as a director and chair of its audit committee. Tom’s career in both public accounting and private industry gives him the experience to improve operations and impact business growth through achievements in financial management, process improvement, internal controls, and systems design.
